Get to know you and how you operate so we can create a home that functions well for your day to day life and visually represents your unique style.
PLAN REVIEW
Review the layout of your new home in detail ensuring that the space will function well for both your family and your furniture. This also includes an extensive electrical plan review.
FINISH SELECTIONS
Gather the finishes & fixtures for your new home that perfectly reflect your personal style and priorities and present these to you through both physical samples and digital presentations.
REFINEMENT
"Nail it" during our first round of selections, but any selections you aren't head over heels in love with can be reselected (with your feedback in mind).
DOCUMENTATION
Take all the final selections and accurately depicts them in diagram form so that contractors and tradespeople can properly execute the vision. Spreadsheets, diagrams and spec sheets - oh my!
SITE VISITS (& CELEBRATIONS)
Assist with site walks, necessary reselections, contractor questions and a final walk through. By now we will all be fast friends and can toast to you and your new home.
